Serve

Faith is the victory's Mission:

win the lost - Make disciples - Fill God's people

One of the most important things you can do to help your local church is to connect with it. Your church is not just the Pastor and his staff, rather, it is the individual contributions of the entire group that make up the whole. No church can effectively minister to their community without dedicated people serving.

There are so many ways to serve locally through Faith is the Victory. Whether you feel called to Nashville or another continent, we want to empower you to do the work God has called you to. Get involved today!

Generosity

Donating your time is not the only way to serve at Aurora. There are recurring costs to operating and staffing our ministry, as well as helping us do work throughout our community and the world. We believe that God calls us to give, and to give generously. We give you a chance to worship in this way on our website.

Discipleship

As Jesus left this world, his parting words to his disciples were: "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you." We challenge you to be willing to serve and make disciples with us.

Thinking Globaly

Our cross cultural missions program wants to train and send people on short-term trips to assist our established missionaries and provide a way for individuals to determine God’s leading for their lives in the realm of long-term ministry in a cross-cultural  and globally-minded setting.

In addition to church-planting roles and gifts such as teaching, worship, discipleship and administration, we also want to encourage a vocation-based approach to serving. If you are interested please connect with us.

Thinking Locally

We’d love to invite you to join us as we seek to extend a loving hand to everyone in and around our neighborhood. If you'd like to get involved, please contact us today!

Serving On A Sunday Morning

We exist to bring glory to God by making disciples through gospel-centered worship, gospel-centered community, gospel-centered service and gospel-centered multiplication. This is our process for discipleship. Out of this gospel-centered service is the overflow of discipleship, serving those in and outside the church. One of the ways we pursue and live out this discipleship trait is through volunteer opportunities.

Sunday Gatherings & Connect Groups

Our Sunday morning gatherings are the beginning for most people at Aurora. We need people who can serve as set-up and greeters, as well as members of the worship team. Connect Groups are so central to the life here at Aurora during our weekend services. We are always in need of more people to host, lead and co-lead a group.
